Critics Choice Red Carpet: Best Fashion Photos at 2023 Awards
The 28th Critics’ Choice Awards took place on Jan. 15 at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, and stars from television and film hit the red carpet.
“Everything Everywhere All at Once” had the most film nominations, with 14, followed by “The Fabelmans.” Meanwhile “Abbott Elementary” lead the television fields with six nods.
Chelsea Handler hosted the ceremony, which was broadcast on The CW.
The show was unique in the awards season for sometimes pairing winners together onstage to give speeches right after each other, including Jennifer Coolidge and Giancarlo Esposito.
During the show, Jeff Bridges was given a Lifetime Achievement Award, and Janelle Monáe was presented with the #SeeHer Award.
“We are so proud to be recognizing this incredible group of films and the people who made them possible,” Critics Choice Association CEO Joey Berlin said when the nominees were announced in December. “This recognition comes from a diverse group of more than 600 critics and entertainment reporters who share their opinions about film and television with millions of people every day, all year long.”
