Keke Palmer’s First Maternity Shoot Is “Giving Masterpiece”

Ever since actor Keke Palmer announced that she’s expecting her first child, the star has wasted no time delivering stylish maternity looks. She first broke the news while hosting on Saturday Night Live, when she revealed her baby bump by unbuttoning her camel Sportmax suit. She also walked the red carpet at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards this month, where she rocked a silver sequin Michael Kors gown. Channeling major Rihanna energy, she’s proven that maternity style can still be incredibly stylish and striking. 

This week, however, Palmer took things to the next level when she did a full-on maternity shoot. I mean, who else could hire the legendary fashion photographer David LaChapelle to take their maternity photos? In the cinematic image, Palmer dons a yellow chiffon Fendi dress that exposes her baby bump, while boyfriend Darius Jackson looks on from the side. Jewels from Al Zain round out her glamorous ensemble. “It’s giving poetry. It’s giving [Michelangelo,]” wrote Palmer of the image. “It’s giving Sistine Chapel. It’s giving masterpiece.”
